I needed to order a custom size picture with frame to match an existing picture and they took the trouble to call me to double check sizes etc.  Once ordered it arrived within the time that they said and was extremely well packaged and looks great. We visited the gallery where we met Caroline, a lovely friendly lady. She was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for her in explaining choices and alternatives for picture finish and framing. We ordered 2 pictures, which she delivered to us, and both were well packaged. The pictures (White Orchids and Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet) look absolutely fabulous on the wall.
